Cafe In The Calm Events
When Do They Take Place?
The Calming Health & Beauty fairs all run on the same day of the month, each month.
Visitors pay £3.00 to get in, and that includes a complimentary organic English Breakfast tea or a Filter coffee with cream.
Who Visits These Events?
80% of our visitors are either returning or have been recommended, which means it is about geting known at an event. Pick one and stick with it.
Event Make Up
We have between 20 and 30 exhibitors at each event.
All venues have good on-site parking, free for both exhibitors and visitors, and access to the buildings is level and good.
Types of tables available (see the pictures)
The tables at Strood, Rainham and Snowfields, can not be moved.
The large tables at Mascalls have the seats fixed to them.
At all venues therapies are conducted in a seperate area, away from the main event area.
Addition To The Events
Each event has the concept Cafe in The Calm, which is about taking time out for yourself, and we provide the following to encourage people to stay as long as they like:
- adult colouring
- journaling paper
- spiritual books
- spiritual magazines

Rainham Academy
Leigh Academy Rainham, Otterham Quay Lane, Rainham, Gillingham, ME8 8GS. Doors open from 10 am - 4 pm.
Longfield Academy
Longfield Academy, Main Road, Longfield DA3 7PH. Doors open from 10 am - 4 pm.
