Hi Guys! This is just a short post to tell you how to join the new community.
For phone users, there are details below so that you'll be able to join the community through the app.
For people who don't have access to a smartphone to download the app, there are details below that will let you join the online community from a computer/laptop etc.
There will also be pictures detailing the logos that you will need to look out for.
Get Started On The App!
Step One:
Start off by going to the App Store (for iPhone)
Start off by going to the PlayStore (for Android).
Step Two:
When you're inside the App or PlayStore find the magnifying glass/search bar. It's usually at the top of the page or on the bottom right corner.
Once the search bar appears type in uHubs. It's the App that hosts our community.
When the uHubs app appears, click on GET or INSTALL to download the App.
Step Three:
Once the app has been downloaded it should appear on either your homescreen or in the menu with your other apps.
When you've found the downloaded app, click on it and then set up a profile using your email and a password of your choosing.
Step Four:
After you've set up an account go to the search bar/magnifying glass and type in Event Huddle. This is the community for exhibitors who come to or sell at our events.
After you've found Event Huddle, ask to join the community. Someone from Admin (Sian, Mark, Jade, Jess) will accept you into the community.
When you have been accepted into the community you can start posting, using the resources available to you, chat with other exhibitors etc.

Get Started On A Computer/Laptop!
Be Aware: You may not be able to get notifications from the community if you are using it on a Computer/Laptop.
Step One:
Start off by going to your internet browser e.g chrome, safari, google etc.
Once it has loaded type members.ugenie.io into the search bar. This will take you to our online community.
Step Two:
When the Ugenie website has loaded, it should take you to a homescreen where you have the option to either sign up for or log into your account.
Make an account using your email and a password of your choosing. Remember to write it down so you don't forget your details.
Step Three:
After you've created an account, go to the search bar.
Step Four:
When you've found the search bar type in Event Huddle. This is the community for exhibitors of our events.
Ask to join Event Huddle and then wait for someone from admin (Sian, Mark, Jade, Jess) to approve you. When you have been approved you'll be let into the community.
Step Five:
Once you've been let into the community, you can start posting, chatting with other exhibitors and using the resources available to you e.g calendar etc.
