Terms and Conditions:

1.  If a therapist cannot make it for any reason, we will, of course, seek a suitable equivalent replacement without additional cost to you as the client. If a replacement cannot be found, any payment made by you will be refunded and the limit of liability for Stormchasers Events Limited is only to refund the money paid.

2. You agree to provide a safe, warm environment for the therapist. All therapists will be treated courteously at all times and we reserve the right for them to make a decision to leave your event if they feel their health and safety is at risk, they feel threatened or suffer verbal or physical abuse. We will carry out an investigation to ascertain the facts; a refund of your fee is not automatic and the matter may be referred to relevant statutory bodies, if necessary.

3. Before the therapist arrives we will ask you to provide details of parking and access. If these are inaccurate and the therapist incurs additional expenses, such as unplanned parking fees, you may be charged. If the therapist cannot access the building or the treatment room because of stairs not included in the information you provide, or because a lift is broken and additional help is not available, your treatment may not be carried out and your fee will not be refunded.

4. Any parking fees and/or fines incurred by the therapist whilst delivering the service to you are the responsibility of the therapist, unless section 3 above applies.

5. If you cancel within less than 14 working days of the booked event, the deposit will not be refunded. If you cancel the event more than 14 working days before the event date we will refund your deposit.

6. The therapist will only deliver the treatments which have been agreed in the booking.

7. Your payment includes the cost of the therapist, an allowance towards their petrol, and a fee to cover a selection of suitably insured, qualified and personable 'pamperers,' their booking, payment and traveling instructions and other necessary arrangements to help you create a great experience with minimal administration for you.

8. Unless other arrangements have been agreed, the therapist has the right to leave their business cards and leaflets on display.

9. Therapies are not designed to replace medical advice.

10. The therapist will carry out an assessment on the same day to ensure there are no contra-indications to anyone receiving therapy.  If anyone is precluded from having particular treatment on the day due to a medical/wellbeing issue, then an alternative treatment may be offered, depending on the therapist attending on the day.  If no treatment is possible, a refund will not be offered.

8. Unless other arrangements have been agreed, the Reader has the right to leave their business cards and leaflets on display.

9. Psychic Readings are for entertainment purposes only.
